Why Was The New Episode Rick and Morty Delayed?
Adult Swim or the creator Dan Harmon didn’t give any specific reason as to why the last 2 episodes of season 5 have been delayed. Many fans are speculating that the delay might be because of the Covid lockdown. Some also speculate that the break is to create the hype for the finale of Rick and Marty Season 5. While we don’t know for sure why the episodes are delayed we do know when they will release.
Rick And Morty Season 5 Episode 9 Release Date
The 9th and 10th episodes of Ricky and Morty Season 5 will release together on 5th September. To compensate for the delay Adult Swim will be releasing the final two episodes together. Many fans suspect that both the episodes might be combined with an hour-long Rick and Morty Season 5 finale that will be aired on 5th September. As of now, there is no confirmation about the hour-long episode but we are getting the final 2 episodes of season 5 on the same day. Episode 9 is titled “Forgetting Sarick Mortshall” and Episode 10 is titled “Rickmurai Jack”. Given that there are 2 different titles we can expect 2 different episodes.
